My New Baby Boys...

Okay so let me expand. I've been wanting to have new kitties ever since my beloved Fluffster passed away in October 2010.

She had been such a loving companion (19 1/2 years worth) that she was truly missed and I couldn't just bring a new kitty in quite so quick. I would need to wait a while. Especially being since we had a trip to Ireland in August 2011...there was no way I could go about getting new babies and leave them alone.

So if you know me...you know how much of an animal lover I am. Well at first it seemed like I would never be ready. Then I would torture myself and get on Petfinder.com...why??? I wasn't ready yet.

September 14th, 2011 would be the day that I looked one more time and there were these adorable babies that looked so much like my sweet Fluffy.

Uh oh...I was just done for! I had printed out the ad from Petfinder.com and would be calling on my way to lunch. Well thank goodness I was calling in an order to go. Then I called City of Coppell Animal Services & Adoption Center....guess what the 2 babies I had been looking at were still there. However, they closed at 4:30pm and people had already been inquiring and they don't hold animals....EEK!

I grabbed my to go order and headed straight back to the office. Worked through lunch and left early to go see if these two fellas would fit with into my family.

Oh yeah they sooo did. I walked in and looked in the window and here came one of them pawing at the glass. Then one of the guys took me in and here came the other meowing at me. They both stole my heart right then and there. I had to have them. So two new Myers boys have been added to the family.

Now to get these boys named....I'm thinking something Irish related. What do you think?
